the staff were really good and very accommodating. i found my standard twin room to be super clean upon arrival. the hotel location is superb, placing me close to everything.
i noticed a distinct lack of storage SPACE. the small wardrobe was not adequate for my needs .

the hotel's location proved convenient. it stands right by the train station and across from the v&a museum (i arrived quite early). upon arrival, the staff greeting was friendly. they called to inform us when our room was prepared.
the hotel lacks evening meal options, especially after a long day of traveling. additionally, i noted the absence of a suitcase holder, which forced me to keep my suitcase on the bed.
